I recently visited the 5 below location in ocean township I believe this man was a manager but he was so nasty he refused to give me his name he was bald with an accent all I asked was where an item was I don’t know if he was having a bad day but he shouldn’t be at the front with that attitude~ Rene Mitchell
This location is the MOST customer SERVICE ORIENTED TOWARD EXCELLENCE. THEY SMILE, GREET, ARE EAGER TO HELP AND SATISFY- EVEN THE ASSISTANT MANAGEMENT staff ARE CHIPPER & PRODUCT KNOWLEDGEABLE and eager to proudly show you the products !!! The location is very clean and neat. ALL I CAN SAY...The Manager - SPEED of the LEADER....SPEED OF THE GANG....HE ENCOMPASSES ALL THE GREAT QUALITIES OF A LEADER....GO SEE....NEVER A DISAPPOINTMENT!
I don’t know what these people are talking about in the reviews as well. There’s the sweetest best staff ever and their stores always stacked and clean and they’re always so helpful. JANYA is the best .
