Nasty and rude female staff member with dark brown hair and a face mask. I walked up to the door and she screams at me “We’re Closed!” Giving me a nasty attitude… I understand customer service members have a difficult job dealing with all types of people (many unpleasant) but there was no reason for such hostility.
Great staff
Very rude staff member yesterday around 3 PM. He was the only one working the register. As I waited for him to finish ringing up the customer ahead of me, he abruptly told me to go to an empty register. I explained that no one was there and I’d rather just wait for him to finish. Instead of helping, he gave me unnecessary attitude and tried to gaslight me by saying he was planning to ring us both up at once…then told me I could wait instead.
