My daughter and I went in to five below on 7-26-26 and had the worst experience one of the employees was throwing a fit like a child because of something that had happened "work related " she was saying horrible things about the store and other employees so loud we could hear her in the back of the store. Very uncomfortable and very unprofessional
The store itself was cluttered with boxes on the floor I couldn’t move around with my baby stroller. My main reason going into the store was to use the restroom.. big mistake.. the toilet absolutely disgusting and just when you think it can’t get any worse you can’t even wash your hands because there was no water pressure OR SOAP. And this is a FAMILY BATHROOM.
