Today visited Five Below and purchased a couple of pool inflatables. I noticed a sign stating that the store offers free inflation, so when I checked out, I asked an associate if they could inflate them for me. The associate seemed confused and went to get the manager. The manager told me she had never done it before. Went here for a quick gift 2/28 at 4:25pm, the girl with the glasses at the register has the worst customer service ever! No greeting, did not ask if I found everything okay, didn't even say my total! She was a literal mute, no emotion. Please enforce better customer service it was a very unpleasant visit!
