I really enjoy bringing my kiddos here- we’ve always had positive experiences & the staff members are trained (or actively being trained) to be very welcoming. Our last trip there we had Sharon assisting us with the checkout and she was so kind and helpful. She was interacting with multiple customers during our checkout and her communication skills made everybody know they were being taken care of or when they would be. Lovely to see such Exceptional Customer Service, even when the staff has a lot to deal with. Thank you 5 B... read more
Great store for little gifts or stuff you never knew you needed.
Got scammed by employees. They said they were giving out dumpling toys, one per customer. They put one aside for me, and one for my daughter. When we go to check out, they brought them over. When I looked at my receipt in the car, I was charged full price for them. Guess what was already open as soon as we hit the car- yep, the dumplings my kid was excited about. I hope any goodwill they had was worth losing over ten bucks. Don't trust them, they lie to your face.
