I just wanted to give recognition to the gentleman who helped me check out today :) I don’t get out much and for the first time I brought my two children here to experience five below I must say he was absolutely amazing! He helped us check out and was beyond patient and kind ! Also thank you to the amazing lady who wore the cutest Easter bunny ears she was also a gem! Thanks crew at five below you all made this an unforgettable experience for myself and my two sons :)
They have staffing issues. Last time I stopped on and asked staff to check on a product in the back. She walked near the back and walked back to me and say we don't have any. She wasn't aware I watched her Not go in the back to check. Today (Dec. 1st), I a little after 3 PM waited 10 minutes and not one staff was in the store. I saw two young ladies walked out laughing as I was coming in with their badges on. I'm not sure if they quit or the next shift didn't come in.
