Not a great experience for the last couples time I went to this location. Called customer support asking if I could get a refund back but they were just aggressive to me. Some of the items in the store is outrageous like $10 for a computer mouse, $7 for an umbrella, & even for a Bluetooth car adapter costed me $10 which I find it bogus. Like why call yourself "Five Below" if most of your items are above $5. That's insane.
