My best friend shopped this location on August 5th. The manager checked her items out. The associate id on the reciept was 849957. The counter was a mess, and it was the end of the night. My friend purchased 3 items, but 4 were scanned. My friend didn't notice until she was home. She went back the next day. The manager that rang her up was rude, and claimed the item was at her home. I just love it it’s so many things that I actually like here
My husband and I stopped into Five Below to pick out a toy for my little nephew. We had only been in the store for about five minutes when a security guard approached us and asked if we were planning on buying anything. I have never felt so singled out and disrespected while shopping. In my 25 years, I’ve never had a store employee or security guard question my intentions simply because I was browsing.
