Drew was amazing! I needed help picking out a screen protector and charger, and since I'm older, I wasn't sure what I needed. He was patient, explained everything clearly, and even put the screen protector on my phone for me. I actually asked if he was a manager because of how helpful and professional he was, but he said he wasn't. Honestly, he should be. Great customer service is hard to find, and Drew went above and beyond. Thanks again!
