Went into kingsport 5 below a few days back. Not only was it unorganized and just dirty but when I got up to cash out the cashier was bullying some older lady to put in her email address before going to the next step of paying. She was trying to skip that process and the Male cashier was telling her she couldn't move on to the next next step unless she put her email in! I told the woman that is not correct. Had a few cool things.
The stores ok, but the self checkout is weird. They have a person who monitors and just stands behind you or beside you watching every move you make. I'd rather her just ring me up like a normal cashier. Made me feel really uncomfortable. Not sure I'll be back.
