We asked to take off an item and they said no and they said we couldn’t cancel it and told me to to check how much money I have and I told them not to scan a item because I didn’t want it but did and there manager didn’t even know how to cancel it and other workers there have done it before
I walked in one day and the store manager had called the cops on two of my friends because one of them biked over and was using a reusable target bag as a shopping bag, something that is normal in Lawrence. The manager didn't ask him to use a cart or to show him his bag. She just made a comment to make sure to pay for the items and then called the police.
