I wanted to take a moment to share my recent experience at your store, as I believe it highlights some areas that may need attention. On Saturday, I visited the store around 2:40 PM and accidentally left a bag behind at the self-checkout. Later that evening, I realized my mistake and contacted the store. I spoke with the manager, who confirmed that they had my bag but insisted that I needed my receipt to retrieve it. Two stars because the employees are nice. Make sure to CALL AHEAD if you plan to buy balloons or bring any in to fill up. Got there and they said “the tank was left open” so they were out of helium. No problem because they had a spare in the back. The problem was no one knew how to install it!! Apparently the last person who installed the empty one quit. Not sure why they’d admit this. Super disappointing as no one else in the area fills up balloons you bring in! Will still shop there but won’t count on them for balloons.
Store closed at 19:00. Website says 21:00.
