Terrible experience today. Employees had a toy in the wrong spot and when we took it to check out the price was shown twice as high. Instead of sympathetic help to smooth out a misunderstanding, we were treated as if we deliberately tried to sneak a better price. I work in retail and that was a poor example of customer service. They gave us they adjusted price, but we were still made to feel like a burden. We spend lots of money at this business, but NOW I will avoid this location.
The workers a really nice when ever I go in I always get greeted, and the store has a variety of stuff to pick from, other 5 belows I have been to have been kind of dirty this one has never once been dirty.
Don't ever leave me unsupervised in a 5 Below because everything looks so cool...if you want to save money, DON'T go here but if you WANT cool things, GO HERE!!
