Great customer service from friendly employees, stocked products, and the store is mostly clean and organized but the layout is unnecessarily confusing. Felt like I was in a maze trying to get to the products along the wall and the checkout line, lol. They were also severely understaffed for it to be the holiday season. Checkout line was almost wrapped around the store.
There was a variety of things from pet items to books to candy, and everything was pretty organized, but some things were over 5 dollars.
Good store, Anime figures, Funko Pops, Manga, Anime Shirts, Harry Potter stuff, Anime Poster, Anime Hats, Japanese snacks and Japanese Drinks it's so cool
