Management is VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND RUDE!
older white lady just repeated “WE’RE CLOSED” over and over again upon walking in when we were only looking for a charger.. It was about 6:45.
I was in this location this past Saturday 3/22. When I was checking out, I noticed the cashier rounded up my total to donate without even asking me. That's not ok. How many people is she doing that to without them even noticing. I don't care if you think it's for a good cause. You are taking people's money without their permission. That's stealing.
The staff at this location are rude and disrespectful for no apparent reason. They do not even allow customers to complete a survey about their service. I visited on March 4, 2025, at 4:30 PM, and had a very disappointing experience.
