Awesome customer service is awesome at that Five Below go there not Gaithersburg
I came in to buy art supplies as always customer , and the customer service was horrible. The cashier at the register was wearing earbuds and singing, paying absolutely no attention to the customers. I had to repeat myself two or three times. I explicitly asked him to remove one item that I didn't want, leaving me with only five items, but he didn't even bother to listen. Singing with no respect for customers and wearing earbuds should not be allowed if this company has a long-term strategy for success
