Carol at Five Below in Castle Rock is an absolute gem! We were shopping for toys to donate to St. Jude's, and she went above and beyond to help us find the perfect items. But what truly blew us away was her generosity—Carol purchased toys with her own money to add to our donation. Her kindness and dedication are inspiring. Way to go, Carol! You're making a difference in so many lives.

Store was constantly trashed. Kids running around. Bumped into me. Management was no where to be found. Couldn't find what I wanted. If I could give a lower rating; I would.
