Went in on Friday march 21st at 8:50. I am aware the store was closing momentarily but I was going to be quick. What upset me was the man working didn’t catch his name but long dreaded hair was rushing me throughout my whole experience. It wouldn’t have taken me long but his attitude made me want to take my time because I had 10 minutes and he was trying to rush me out 5 minutes before closing. I walked in searching for an item and was told by customer service that knowing if they sold a particular item wasn't their job.
ONLY TWO EMPLOYEES WERE SEEN IN THE STORE IN THE BACK… I WAS SHOPPING AROUND FOR MY CLASS AND ONCE I GOT TO THE FRONT AND I’M SCANNING ITEMS, I AM BENT OVER GRABBING THINGS OUT THE ROLLER CART AND WHEN I GETVUO THERE IS AN EMPLOYEE 1 INCH AWAY FROM MY BACK JUST BREATHING ON MY NECK LIKE WHY ARE YOU ON MY BEHIND. HE THEN ASK IF I NEED A BAG, HE FLEW TO GET A BAG COME BACK SCANNING IT, HE KEEP ASKING ALL TYPES OF RANDOM QUESTIONS THEN HE GRABS MY BASKET WHILE ITS STILL FULL OF THINGS NEEDING TO BE SCANNED AND ASKED ME IF I’M S... read more
First time in a Five Below, it’s a different kind of store. The store is pretty eclectic and the items for sale were not your typical brand names items. Staff was non-existent and let you wonder the store without any interruption. Not sure I will be coming back anytime soon.
