Very disappointed that we were in line today for squishes and dumplings , it was obvious that an employee had her family come in and take all the jumbo dumplings right infront of us. How sad it was to see all the little disappointed faces because we were all told it was 1 PER HOUSEHOLD but that rule did not pertain to the lady that was obviously related or knew the young employee with the hat that kept enforcing the rule to everyone else but the lady that had all her family members come in and take them all. Costumer service is not there and store was messy and not organized don’t really recommend coming here
Amazing customer service. My daughter was dying for the latest craze (a dumpling). We went in and they were sold out. They told us to come back at 7 because they were expecting a shipment. When we came back, my daughter was so excited, they had saved her one out of the shipment. She felt so special
