I have to complain about customer service here in Saratoga springs and how a woman apparently the Manager misstreated me. I came today just normal to return stuff and before me there was a lady saying sorry for the inconvenience to that lady and she said "don't worry, you're good. Have a nice day". Customer service is everything and whoever the man is that answers the phone and gets annoyed about us asking about the dumpling squish, he needs some guidance on manners. You chose this job that is all about the customer. If you can’t handle getting repeated calls about a popular item, then maybe you need to reconsider where you’re working.
