Christmas shopping for extra gifts
Poor customer service. I placed an online order at 945am for pickup. Got there at 530pm and it wasn't ready. First girl I spoke with wasn't friendly and just kept saying they've been busy all day and the manager was working on them. I asked if she knew when it would be ready and she couldn't give an estimated time. I asked to speak to the manager to get a better idea of how much longer.
