Cluttered, rarely have more than 2 working check out machines, and the workers are unhelpful, yet award themselves the highest points when checking out on the survey. Like if I wanted to give you top points for a great shopping experience I would, but to immediately jump in and press the high number for MY survey about YOU? Nah.
Escalated an issue to Corporate due to no manager or supervisor working. I literally had a male employee harass me by standing a foot away from me, staring at me ring up my items. I asked “is this what you guys do now? stare at customers as we ring things up?” And he replied “I’m just watching” as his body language showed aggression. It was RUDE and obnoxious. As soon as I paid, he left and went back behind his counter. I have never been treated like this before, and I felt extremely uncomfortable by this employee’s actions.... read more
If you’re going to have self checkout please don’t have employees harassing customers and standing next to them while completing their transactions and pressing buttons for me , unacceptable if I’m using my card with my personal pin to have an employee in my personal space while I’m using my card , if you’re not going to trust customers then take away self checkout and open real registers .
