I overheard her telling a mom with her desperate, very young child that they couldn’t use the bathroom (even though they were insisting it was an emergency.) I overheard another staff member telling this one that it was in fact allowed for them to let customers use their bathroom in an emergency, and she replied super loudly and coldly: “I DONT CARE!
