When you deliberately do not greet a certain set of customers but proceed to greet others, it’s says a lot about you more than the store. Clearly it didn’t take a lot for her to do a standard greeting. In the world we are currently living in, things become more prominent than ever.. do better ( came in at 1:44) definitely won’t be back!
I just drove 20 minutes to go make a return at this store and when I got there the girl told me I wasn’t able to return it because her manager Alexis went out to get food…I asked soo I just have to keep it? It was a dog shirt that was way too small on my dog (no other sizes) and she said yes I just had to keep it. How is this okay?? there’s a return policy and I shouldn’t just be forced to waste my money because a manager got hungry and left. This is NOT OKAY.
