Nice layout and the crew keeps it pretty clean
I tried escalating a discrepancy with the return policy in the receipt vs what Myesha, the manager was insisting and she didn’t seem to understand that the policy in the receipt is what consumers are required to follow.if 5 below needs the box for all returns it should be on the receipt. She went on to say that I would have to go to another store, which if the policy applied to all stores, why and how would going to another store help me?
