Tonight I visited the Five Below in the Hunt Valley Town Centre. I have lived in this area since I was 5! I remember it when it was Hunt Valley Mall. I went in with my adult son just to browse. Two male associates followed my son and I around the store. Meanwhile ignoring some rather shady looking people. Honestly it makes me sick what the town centre has become. You know what makes a place truly great? Kindness. Genuine care. Real human interaction. I had such a wonderful experience at Five Below yesterday. Since they no longer have self-checkout, an associate rings you up. There was no line, and the sweetest woman helped my toddler and me. She didn't just ring up our items she made my daughter's day.
