I am extremely disappointed by my recent experience at Five Below. My son became upset while we were in the store because we were trying to take off a pair of skates he wanted to keep wearing. Like many children, he was having a difficult moment, and we were actively handling the situation as his parents. An employee approached us and told me to keep him quiet.
