I usually do not have an issue in this store and have been a patron since I heard about FiveBelow on social media. Yesterday, me and my 2 kiddos went into the store after both of them doing really well at a medical appointment for one of my kids. We were not greeted upon entry, which I know is a store policy. I have been coming here for years, but will no longer support this location due to the older woman with gray hair (I assume the manager). She has been beyond unpleasant with me on numerous occasions. I was accused of stealing for asking to use the bathroom, and when I offered to show her the inside of my bag to prove I was not in fact stealing I was met with snarkiness.
