We came in today on Black Friday. It was pretty busy of course, but that didn’t affect the customer service we received at all. Katelynn was SO nice and helpful. She made sure we got everything we were looking for and checked us out quickly but efficiently. With her service, we will ABSOLUTELY be back. Thank you Katelynn!
Products were not readily priced, asked for assistance and associate said I'll be right back, never returned. We left empty handed.
waited at the register for a good 5 minutes while 5-6 girls stood directly behind it talking poorly about their manager. I literally had to get one of theme to check me out where she then refused to actually speak to me and continued to complain about how to manager expects to much out of them except they don’t have enough people. There were at minimum five girls behind the register and 2 more standing around doing nothing. Seems like more than enough people to me.
