Nice staff but no 5 below is in the same layout as any others nearby. A bit frustrating when you're looking for a specific item.
Came in to return items and it was a complete inconvenience to staff. They were upset I had a return over $50 like that was something so terrible questioning me and making me very uncomfortable! It’s common for a store to receive returns. They made a point saying their supervisor would be notified of a return over $50 like was a big deal. I won’t buy from here or any Five Below again!
