I will never come here again. They are scammers, prices are a lie. The prices said one thing on the shelf and then at checkout something way different! My daughter wanted a fridge that said $30 and at checkout it said $35 same thing happened with a couple of other little beauty products. Told a worker about it and she couldn't fix it. This place kinda gives a trashy vibe.
I had a really frustrating experience at Five Below. The store was a mess, with items all over the place and nothing where it should be. It felt like there was no effort to keep things organized. The clerk was also very rude and dismissive, which didn’t help the situation at all. The biggest issue was the pricing. We picked up a mini makeup fridge that was clearly marked $30 on the shelf, but it rang up at $35.
