Im highly disappointed with this five below store. If I could I would rate it a 0 star. On my visit I was looking for a few gifts for my brothers birthday. As I was browsing through the store I encountered a RAT, yes a RAT and it was huge at that. The rat was in the food section along with the candy. When I approached a staff member abt this incident they didn’t seem to care. I will definitely not be going back. Every time I go into the store it always seems to be dirty.
Great value for the price employees always great you when you walk in and they have a good toy and candy selection.

You survey at the registers is void because employees hit 10/10 service or happy service before customers can even react The store is always quite mish mash these past few months and i thought the store was closed because the door was still locked
