Manager is rude stated she couldn’t give me her name. Bad customer service. Unprofessional. Attitude problem. Don’t recommend this location. If you can’t handle issues as a manager and be professional then you shouldn’t have that position. Don’t deserve any stars. (The manager worked Tuesday night January 27th, 2026) she refused to provide her name.(And I STILL got my refund)!
How do you not take cash? And when you decide you’re not taking cash it’s definitely not a good time for your cashiers like Reagan to be rude. According to the manager, they’re not taking cash because they don’t have any change. I need somebody to make sense out of this for me. Very upsetting to spend 45 minutes out of my day to go into a store that just didn’t bother to get changed from the bank. So now I have to drive to Waco or Killeen for my daughter to be able to do her shopping at her favorite store. Do better!
I came into the store and seen on the door they had a sign saying they were card only. I talked to the cashier and manager and they explain to me that they had a register for people who could only pay cash and that they were trying to just slow down cash purchases because they were simply running out of change! The staff was so helpful and understanding!
