This location has a bunch of self checkout stations, but only one operates, and the cashier stands right there to check you out... what exactly is the point?
every time i shop here, without fail, i miss the shoppers. oftentimes products are outright mislabeled and whenever assistance is required the staff posted at self checkout treats you as if you are forcing them to go out of their way for something as if it is not their stated description. I understand minimum wage positions are undesirable, but at the same time this is pathetic. absolutely zero training is done for this staff and it shows.
Too many items in the store above $5 it’s called five BELOW not five above. Also, either have more employees ringing up customers or let us use the SELF checkout. Other than that it’s a cool store
Not only do you have to wait for one employee to ring you up on a self checkout, they will double scan things. Check your receipt and count your change here.
