Between 750 and 8 PM I experience the worst customer service. I have experienced shopping at Five & Below. The 2 young ladies made eye contact with me and my wife did not greet us because soon as we came in, they just yelled, we're about to close in like 5 minutes, no customer service, no greeting, no polite energy, as I was leaving, I encourage the young lady to get that energy level up and greet customers good energy. It's okay and the young ladies did not say anything but kept a Stern face with anger in their eyes.

The staff, great Products, great But as of 7/11/26 there’s clearly a mouse issue…as I was getting rang up the cashier noticed there were holes in one of the snacks I was purchasing so I went back to get the same product (caramel popcorn w/sea salt buttered popcorn) and they ALL had holes as well as some other products I was going for All of this was happening during a rush too.
