This used to be the Five Below I loved because it was always stocked, clean and had friendly workers. We would be greates every time we walked in. I’m not sure what happened but when visiting yesterday, I was shocked to see the state of the store. It was extremely messy and we immediately left. There’s no way I was going to dig through items to find what I was looking for. Like it wasn’t just messy, it was so disorganized. Just left this location after ten minutes in the store. A group of teens were running around throwing items at each other and harassing customers. The two workers in the store were both stacking the same shelf oblivious to what was happening. This isn't ok. if you can't place customer safety first, then this isn't the right place to shop.
I’m always greeted upon entry to the store and love the variety of items at such a great price point! Abby (Abbi?) was a super helpful team member who checked to make sure we had everything we needed and seemed quite dedicated. My only complaint is that there was crochet work sold for less than $5, with the tags themself identifying the items as handmade. It’s impossible to have work that would take hours to create sold at such a low price point without exploitation, and it made me question the corporation’s values.
Just saying to anyone do yourself a favor and go 3 more miles up to road to StonyCreek Marketplace Five Below I used to work at this one and it’s gone so downhill if you miss how it used to be a year or 2 ago you will get it at the one in Stony Creek this one everyone is rude the store is messy no one cares about you and I’d never recommend this store to anybody
