Store doors were locked on a Saturday morning at 10am. We even circled back around 40 minutes later and the doors were still locked during business hours.
If Walmart can fold their shirts and they have a larger clothes section, why is Five Below unable to do the same? Besides the shirts, the store was clean.
This used to be the Five Below I loved because it was always stocked, clean and had friendly workers. We would be greates every time we walked in. I’m not sure what happened but when visiting yesterday, I was shocked to see the state of the store. It was extremely messy and we immediately left. There’s no way I was going to dig through items to find what I was looking for. Like it wasn’t just messy, it was so disorganized. Just left this location after ten minutes in the store. A group of teens were running around throwing items at each other and harassing customers. The two workers in the store were both stacking the same shelf oblivious to what was happening. This isn't ok. if you can't place customer safety first, then this isn't the right place to shop.
