I rarely make complaints, so the fact that I'm writing this should already say a lot. However, I'm extremely dissatisfied with the security guard, the big boned gentleman. He is consistently rude, lacks even the slightest bit of charisma when dealing with both customers and his colleagues, and seems to be on a power trip that desperately needs reining in.
