Don't know about regularly but when I went in the other day it was a mess, not much on shelves and very unorganized. Seems like they are understaffed.
At California Maryland Location- No signs to let you know they do not have bags for your items unless you buy the bags (we do not live in an area that this is how all stores or any are). Staff and managers typically have bad attitudes and not very customer friendly. Store is unkept and lots of broken items so be careful you may not see until you get packaging open.
