Yesterday evening there was a lady in the cashier super sweet helped me get the door and everything. I forgot her name but she deserves the recognition.

I visited the Five below in Gambrills/Crofton Md today and the conditions were unacceptable. The air condition wasn’t working and I became very uncomfortable and started sweating while attempting to shop. As soon as I walked in the store, I was hit with a bunch of heat, the fans are blowing out hot air and the staff look visibly uncomfortable and hot. As a nationwide corporation, I am very disappointed.
