Needed to grab some Minecraft good bag items for my sons upcoming birthday party. I’ve been in Five Below before, so I was somewhat familiar with their inventory. It’s a good store. There are good employees, reasonable stuff, and even a life safer most of the times. Despite all this, I tried going today, and the app said it’ll open at 3pm. 3pm passes by, and no employees inside. The lights are on, but it seems like no one’s inside. Doors are still locked. My family waits longer, but the door still remains locked. It was almost like they saw us but didn’t wanna open the doors. Website still says open. Employees followed me around the store asking me what i have in my bags, then openly argued with me at check out. The manager said it was appropriate to argue with the customers because they have a lot of theft at that location. Ive seen them argue with other customers as well. And of course, there’s no real way to speak to a real manager, so you’re just stuck with posting a bad review.

I come here all the time never usually have any problems at this time. I want to check the candy for three months almost passed. I only checked it because it tasted a little funky, but definitely check your candies when you go there.
