Visited the store today, I noticed once I got to self check out the line was really long. Once It was my turn I noticed that all the registers were down except one which had an associate there ringing for us. I was confused because why ring us up yourself on SELF CHECK OUT instead of at the actual register? After she got done scanning my items and I paid, i noticed she rated herself a 9 for the survey at the end. She did the same with everyone behind me as well.
