I had a very disappointing experience at this Five Below location due to the behavior of both management and staff. During my visit, the manager spoke negatively about me and other customers to employees and shoppers, referring to us as liars regarding a product's availability. Manager Stephanie was rude to me and other customers and what's with employees lying to customers???? Five below you need to do better!
Lady working 6/2 7pm coughing all over the place. Not sure if she’s sick or hitting the pen on the floor. Also charged me 0.89 cents (rounded up) my total so she wouldn’t give change. Debating on calling the police cause I feel robbed.
