My 5 year old daughter was having a bathroom emergency and we asked to use the bathroom. Was told rudely by the front end worker that she was not able to use the bathroom and told us to go to BJs instead. There were two bathrooms in the back that were locked. For such a popular store they should allow customers to use a bathroom. Especially a young kid. Extremely poor customer service. Very disappointed
