4 stars overall for the store. The selection is always fun—great toys at good prices, perfect for birthday party favors or kid rewards. They keep a nice rotation of items, and despite the constant flow of shoppers, the store usually looks organized and tidy. That said, one staff member (Karen) really stood out for the wrong reasons. I had a great shopping experience for a toy drive for youth in the community and needed some items they would enjoy. The store was very well organized and the staff were pleasant and professional. Thank you.
