4 stars overall for the store. The selection is always fun—great toys at good prices, perfect for birthday party favors or kid rewards. They keep a nice rotation of items, and despite the constant flow of shoppers, the store usually looks organized and tidy. That said, one staff member (Karen) really stood out for the wrong reasons. I had a great shopping experience for a toy drive for youth in the community and needed some items they would enjoy. The store was very well organized and the staff were pleasant and professional. Thank you.
Before entering this store i searched up if 5below allows dogs. It said yes so i brought my two dogs in. After 2minutes of looking for a journal an older employee woman angrily approached me. She asked if they were emotional support animals. I said no and she said then they can’t be in here. I told her online it says all locations accept dogs and she said “but that does not mean people are not allergic”. I asked if i could quickly buy my school journals since i already had them in my hand and she said no and told us to leave... read more
