My 3 children and I visited this location yesterday evening. My daughter was so excited to look for a certain book. Upon entering that section I hear my 5 yr old son tell me “mommy I got you a cart” followed up with a lady’s voice in a VERY rude manner say “I’m using that.” I turn around and my son is holding onto one of the blue baskets. Love the service here!! So nice!!!
Very bad experience. Useless employees. They make the employees check people out at the self check out out now. We bought $80 worth of stuff there was no bags the guy checking us out noticed and literally just walked away while we were paying. I said hey there is no bags and no one helped me so I grabbed one from the stack and this “masculine” women waiting till I grabbed it and walked away to then publicly embarrass me and tell me I can’t just go and grab them myself.
