I was here last Wed and asked the clerk if she could help me. I told her I needed a cover for my Edge 7, she said we have never sold them here. I told her look this is the case I bought here 2 years ago. She abruptly said I have been working here for 4 years. I said seriously I bought this here 2 years ago, she said they have the at Best Buy. I just said thanks for everything. I could write more but it's already too much. She kept going back and forth with me. Never will I shop here again.
RecommendedBEST staff- I lost my wallet here over the winter- in the parking lot, actually! A kind soul TURNED it IN- WITH every single thing still in it. The store manager kept it safe and sound, and gave me back my wallet promptly... so professional and truly kind. I’ll never forget it- and will for sure continue to pay it forward. Thank you!
