Staff is somewhat lazy. When you ask, "Do you carry such and such?" They stand at the front guessing but don't go and look or try to help. The attitude gives off a "go see and find out, but I'm not going to help you look." I feel it would boost customer service and elevate the nature of professionalism if there was more of a shown effort.
