Absolutely the best guided hunt I have ever been on. The people were great, the food was awesome, and every day in the field was truly an experience. The team at camp made you feel included when it comes to daily planning while on the hunt which I really appreciated and never felt like just another client. My husband and I booked Five Bears for a bear hunt. From the initial contact with Five Bear and leading up to the hunt, they were very responsive, answered all of our questions and provided us with all of the information that we needed. They were professional but made sure we had a great time. They got us on two bears during our hunt. Very knowledgeable camp crew and we never had a bad meal! We could not ask for a better experience and we hope to be back! Highly recommend booking your hunt with Five Bears!

The bear was quartered towards me facing to the right at 40 yards and I placed my arrow at the front of his shoulder and hit him. We waited over 30 minutes until we began to trail the blood. we found blood and began our trek up the mountain where he went, but darkness came fast and the bear was still climbing. I recently went on a bear hunt with Five Bears outfitters. Seems to be a family run business who went all out to give me the adventure I was seeking. The hunt was everything I expected and more. They taught me how to ride and be comfortable around the livestock. Had awesome meals in the backcountry. My guide worked tirelessly and I saw all kinds of wildlife including moose, mountain goats, elk, deer. Best of all I harvested a bear.
