While it is true that Chris's office helped me when my mother-in-law was ill, and he ultimately handled the estate—and I was pleased, and my partner was pleased. Later, I had a consult with Chris about some of my benefits, which went well. He even followed up with information he had promised. I appreciated that, and I always will. I reached out to Emily Hogan, and the staff at Fitzwater Law regarding settling my trust and will and advanced directives. I’m newly located to Portland, Oregon, and within several meetings and a short time I have everything I needed done. My questions were answered. I can not say enough good things about Theressa Hollis. She helped me set up a trust after some very hard family situations. She approached the work with such compassion and a passing of knowledge that I felt like all of my questions were answered and my fears mitigated. I’ve dealt with multiple lawyers recently, and they all seem to take forever and be a touch condescending so I was expecting that. She is the absolute opposite. I would recommend her to anyone needing council.
