We had a complicated Probate to take care of, and Fitzwater Law did a great job for us. They guide each step of the way, and explain it in clear terms. Emily and her team were amazing! We needed to update our trust from California to fit better with Oregon law. She took the time to review our massive trust, walk us through in detail what needed to change and help us prepare everything before our second daughter was born (including healthcare directives!). She made it easy to update everything and gave us detailed instructions on what to do with all of our accounts etc. I would highly recommend Emily and Fitzwater Law!
