This branch is a joke. They never have a teller. Every time I go to do business I'm told no teller. So only the teller can help customers. I had to call the other branch today because I need a new debit card and was told again no teller, and they couldn't help me? There is 3 other people working in the bank, and no one can help me? Do not use this bank if you want more trouble than it's worth I promise you if you decide to use this Bank you will have more problems than you need . Do not use this bank
I've been a member of this credit union for 4 years now, I am greatful they financed my truck.. they have been paid in full and then some. I am so fed up with this credit union, there never open. They never answer their phone. Do they even want business. I'm over ot. I'll be looking for a new financial institution. I'm done with Fitzimmons credit union.
