WORST CREDIT UNION!!! I'm not even sure where to begin but we are moving over to another one, the people who work there are are completely rude, unhelpful and calling is out of the question. I used to bank at the Southlands location and we loved it and now, HELL NO
If I could give negative stars I would give a minimum of -10. I've been with this CU over 40 years and service has continually went down. Since October 2024 the did a system upgrade, this completely messed up my accounts which I am still calling every month to get corrected. At the system upgrade no detail for any prior transactions was available, only the dollar amount and if it was a debit or credit transaction. Good luck trying to get a hold of call center lol
I make check deposits at a shared branching location since I am out of state. I made a check deposit 4 days ago and the funds are still not available for withdrawal and my bills are clearing through which has now put me in a negative balance! I am livid to say the least. I have been depositing these same checks for over 3 months now. The reasoning the call center gave me this morning is that it takes some time to get a copy of the check because it's shared branching. Fitz has been our Credit Union for nearly or over 30 years. They have been absolutely the Best place for our banking needs. When we moved to Hawaii in 1999, we actually kept our money with Fitz. We just did not feel right leaving Fitz eventhough we left the state. We moved back to Colorado in late 2003 but did not have to worry about our money. We have moved from Colorado again but with Share banking, Fitz is still our Credit Union. What can I say?? We love Fitz.....Hope they are around forever.....
