I am extremely disappointed with Fitzsimons Credit Union's handling of a minor payment issue on my auto loan. After making payments on a $35,000 vehicle loan and paying hundreds of dollars in interest over the life of the loan, Fitzsimons reported a late payment to the credit bureaus over a balance of just $10.38 that was paid one day late. I’ve been a member for 25yrs! Not only do I have my accounts here but I’ve had 2 car loans and a mortgage with Fitz. I don’t often have to go into the branch but I recently needed in person service and even tho they were busy, they spent time with me and I never felt rushed. Thank you!
