They don’t have an adequate amount of workers to provide service to the members. There’s always one teller with lots of people waiting. It’s ridiculous.
Funds were stolen from my card in early December. I immediately submitted the required dispute form the same day and had my card blocked. After that, communication completely stopped. I checked my account repeatedly, sent multiple follow-up emails, and received no response.
