Worst bank ever! No one is helpful and that's if you can reach anyone to begin with. I have been waiting for a debit card for over 3 weeks now due to their incompetence. Their fraud protection is a joke as well.
If you need to open an account or other banking, you will need an appointment. If you are a member, and are depositing, etc. you can just wait in line for a teller.
