I have been with this credit union since 16 years old. I am 60 now and have been quite frustrating. I'm looking in different directions now
We switched credit unions! We joined FFCU in 1992 when we transferred to Denver from overseas. From 1992 through 2021 we really liked FFCU and felt supported and got good advice. We primarily used the FFCU annex at Southlands. Mary and Trina were great managers at Southlands but management decided to get rid of them and service went downhill from there. I’ve been with this bank since high school and they have seen me through thick and thin. I can always depend on them to safeguard against any kind of fraud attempts and to respond accordingly. The customer service was a little more back then, not that it was any better… there was just more of it. Good bank and good people, highly recommend!
