If you want GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE deal with Laura Martinez in the Fitzsimons Parkway branch. Laura is Professional, Knowledgeable, Kind and truly makes you feel totally appreciated. My brother passed away and I needed to deal with Fitzsimons and I had the good fortune to get Laura as Fitzsimons Manager. There aren't enough words to express my gratitude. Laura was AMAZING.
The COVID 19 pandemic has given already poor customer service a license to be even worse. Only bank that still has no lobby hours after a year, yet the employees can’t answer the phone and customers wait days fir appointments. I’m slowly moving my money elsewhere!
I went to Southlands Office yesterday and I was greeted and helped by a gentleman Christopher Lee. I can't thank him enough for all the help he gave me to try and figure out where my electronic checks were going since they were not going in the correct deposit. He is the greatest also Berta was very helpful also. It is a difficult situation and he handled it with grace and professionalism
