Blown tire and got fixed by them. Blown again after one more ride. Brought it back to them. They pulled it apart found the reed tape was applied incorrectly cause the valve to malfunction. Yet I was charged for the repair. Quite disappointed
My son’s bike broke just before we were going to the Enduro MTB development weekend and the guy fixed it on the spot, saved the day and we got there on time! Absolutely spectacular service, pricing and support, highly recommend.
Outstanding service and experience with Fabio from Fitzroy cycles, Bunbury. My beloved mountain bike had been neglected and garaged for years. When booking it in with Fabio, I only had to wait 3 days for a full service to be done. When I collected my bike it looked brand new off the shop floor and the ride is super smooth! If you’re looking for an honest, reliable and affordable bicycle experience, I would highly recommend this store and staff.
